{"id":10546,"date":"2019-04-17T17:32:16","date_gmt":"2019-04-17T14:32:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.unistoretz.com\/magazine\/?p=10546"},"modified":"2019-04-17T17:32:16","modified_gmt":"2019-04-17T14:32:16","slug":"job-opportunity-at-crdb-bank-limited-crum-master-job","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.unistoretz.com\/magazine\/job-opportunity-at-crdb-bank-limited-crum-master-job\/","title":{"rendered":"Job Opportunity at CRDB Bank Limited- Crum Master Job"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Jobs Vacancies<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- linkAD.2 --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"3390598296\" data-ad-format=\"link\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><br \/>\n<b>Crum Master<\/b><br \/>\n<b><br \/>\n<\/b><b>Job Summary<\/b><br \/>\nEnabling cross-functional teams to develop medium-to complex business \/ customer\/ employee solutions using the Agile way of working that integrates the business and technical needs.<\/p>\n<p>Principal Accountabilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide ongoing facilitation and coaching that enables the team to excel at Agile development<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate medium-to-high complexity Agile initiatives from initiation through release<\/li>\n<li>Navigate and identify shared IT services required by the team in the delivery of it\u2019s objectives<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate discussions leading to collective decision making, goal setting and conflict resolution within the team<\/li>\n<li>Actively manage risks and external dependencies drawing in team members as appropriate<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain the appropriate channels for open communication within the scrum team (e.g. tracker boards, JIRA) to create a trusting and safe team environment<\/li>\n<li>Continuously seek to improve team performance by promoting joint accountability for results and solving productivity issues<\/li>\n<li>Collectively with the product owner owns creation and prioritization of the digital product backlog for specific digital solutions<\/li>\n<li>Assists Product Owners to shape the digital product road-map and vision<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 1 successfully delivered project using Scrum methodology in the role as Scrum Master<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 successfully delivered technical projects with experience in software development and\/or project management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block; text-align: center;\" data-ad-layout=\"in-article\" data-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"3464335665\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><br \/>\n<b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline<\/li>\n<li>Certified Scrum Master will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Knowledge and skills<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to promote innovative thinking and self-improvement within the team<\/li>\n<li>Confident and skilled at navigating the team through road-blocks to allow sprints to be completed on time<\/li>\n<li>Past developer experience is highly desired<\/li>\n<li>Experience in agile development, with specific Scrum Master or similar experience preferred<\/li>\n<li>Ability to coach team on agile practices and ensures adherence to agile methodology to deliver maximum business value on time<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex messages and teach new concepts<\/li>\n<li>Able to resolve conflicts within the team before they become an issue, i.e. a strong mediator<\/li>\n<li>Experience in scheduling and coordinating meetings, identifying risks\/dependencies\/impediments, and coordinating resources and handling multiple priorities required<\/li>\n<li>Brings a high-energy and passionate outlook to the job and can influence those around them<\/li>\n<li>Able to build a sense of trust and rapport that creates a comfortable &amp; effective workplace<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>REMUNERATION<\/b><\/p>\n<p>CRDB BANK PLC offers competitive remuneration and benefits.
