They should be willing to work for considerable lengths of time when required under minimum supervision.<\/p>\n<p><b>POSITION RELATIONSHIP:<\/b><br \/>\nThe Position Holder shall report to the Head of Accounts and Administration Unit<\/p>\n<p><b>PERSON REQUIRED:<\/b><br \/>\nHolder of Diploma in Accountancy from recognized Institution or Holder of Accounts Technician Certificate II (ATEC II) issued by NBAA or equivalent qualification recognized by NBAA;<br \/>\nMust be computer literate;<br \/>\nMust be A Tanzanian Citizen;<br \/>\nAge between 24 \u2013 35 Years of inclusive;<br \/>\nFluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.<\/p>\n<p><b>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;<\/b><br \/>\nHolder of this post who report to the Head of Accounts and Administration Unit will be responsible for the following;<\/p>\n<p>To prepare and issue cheques;<br \/>\nTo collect income;<br \/>\nTo prepare payments;<br \/>\nTo undertake bank reconciliation;<br \/>\nTo process and record financial transactions;<br \/>\nTo prepare wages and salary payments;<br \/>\nTo perform such other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.<br \/>\n=========<\/p>\n<p><b>POSITION TITLE: WEIGHBRIDGE SHIFT IN CHARGE \u2013 (4 VACANCIES)<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>SCOPE OF POSITION:<\/b><br \/>\nSuccessful applicant must be ready to work on all working days and during Weekends and Public Holidays. They should be willing to work for considerable lengths of time when required under minimum supervision.<br \/>\n<b><br \/>\n<\/b><b>POSITION RELATIONSHIP:<\/b><br \/>\nThe Position Holder shall report to the Head of Accounts and Administration Unit.<\/p>\n<p><b>PERSON REQUIRED<\/b><br \/>\nMust have a Bachelor Degree in any profession from any recognized Higher Learning Institution\/colleges;<br \/>\nAge Limit: between 25- 45 inclusive;<br \/>\nComputer literate;<br \/>\nFluent in both Kiswahili and English;<br \/>\nSelf-motivation, able to work under pressure outside working hours with minimum supervision.<\/p>\n<p><b>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b><br \/>\nWill generally be responsible for undertaking activities as described in the Roads Traffic (Max Weight of vehicles) Regulation, 2001 as it may be amended from time to time. Specific activities shall include:-<\/p>\n<p>Enforcing Road Traffic Axle Load Control by the use of Weighbridge scale devices;<br \/>\nOverall supervision of shift activities;<br \/>\nWeigh Motor vehicles of Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) on all Public roads;<br \/>\nImposing road damage fee on the spot for overloaded vehicle;<br \/>\n<script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block; text-align: center;\" data-ad-layout=\"in-article\" data-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"3464335665\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><br \/>\nMeasuring physical dimension of motor vehicles or any load being carried on the motor vehicle for providing advices to transporters in case of noncompliance with vehicledimension limits;<\/p>\n<p>For trucks carrying abnormal load with special permit, the Weighbridge Operator shall ascertain compliance to the permit. Any discrepancy should be reported to the Weighbridge In- charge for appropriate action;<br \/>\nRecord all necessary particulars regarding the motor vehicle being weighed;<br \/>\nObserving good customer care, dignity and integrity;<br \/>\nReporting all matters on Axle Load Control to the Regional Manager;<br \/>\nPerform other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Regional Manager.<br \/>\n==========<\/p>\n<p><b>POSITION TITLE: OFFICE ATTENDANT (1 VACANCY)<\/b><br \/>\n<b><br \/>\n<\/b><b>SCOPE OF POSITION:<\/b><br \/>\nSuccessful applicant must be ready to work on all working days and during Weekends and Public Holidays. They should be willing to work for considerable lengths of time when required under minimum supervision.<\/p>\n<p><b>POSITION RELATIONSHIP:<\/b><br \/>\nThe Position Holder shall report to Shift in- Charge<\/p>\n<p><b>PERSON REQUIRED:<\/b><br \/>\nNational Form IV certificate;<br \/>\nComputer literate (Microsoft Office);<br \/>\nFluent in both Kiswahili and English;<br \/>\nAge between 20-45 years inclusive.<\/p>\n<p><b>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;<\/b><br \/>\nCleaning offices, washrooms and office premises;<br \/>\nPrepares and serves refreshments;<br \/>\nMoving files and documents as directed;<br \/>\nUndertaking photocopying or binding of documents as directed;<br \/>\nDispatching letters or parcels;<br \/>\nPerform such other related duties as may be assigned by the senior staff.<br \/>\n=========<\/p>\n<p><b>POSITION TITLE: WEIGHBRIDGE OPERATOR \u2013 (7 VACANCIES)<\/b><br \/>\n<b><br \/>\n<\/b><b>SCOPE OF POSITION:<\/b><br \/>\nSuccessful applicant must be ready to work on all working days and during Weekends and Public Holidays. They should be willing to work for considerable lengths of time when required under minimum supervision.<\/p>\n<p><b>POSITION RELATIONSHIP:<\/b><br \/>\nThe Position Holder shall report to Weighbridge Shift in Charge\/ Supervisor.<\/p>\n<p><b>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/b><br \/>\nThe holder of this post who reports to Weighbridge Shift in Charge will be responsible for:<br \/>\nEnforcing Road Traffic Axle Load control by the use of weighbridge scale devices;<br \/>\nWeigh Motor Vehicles with Gross Weighbridge (GVW) 3.500kg and above on all public roads<br \/>\nImposing Road Damage fee on the spot for overloaded vehicles;<br \/>\nMeasuring physical dimension of motor vehicles or any load being carried on the motor vehicle for providing advices to transporters in case of non-compliance with vehicle dimension limits;<br \/>\nPerform other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the weighbridge in charge\/Supervisor.<br \/>\n<b><br \/>\n<\/b><b>PERSON REQUIRED<\/b><br \/>\n<b>Key qualification for the Weighbridge Operators are as follows:<\/b><br \/>\nA national form IV\/IV Certificates;<br \/>\nMust have an FTC or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (NTA 6) from recognized learning Institution\/ college;<br \/>\nComputer literate (At least Advance Certificate in computer application);<br \/>\nFluent in both English and Swahili;<br \/>\nAge between 24- 35 years inclusive.<br \/>\n===========<\/p>\n<p><b>POSITION TITLE: Driver- (7 VACANCIES)<\/b><br \/>\n<b><br \/>\n<\/b><b>SCOPE OF POSITION:<\/b><br \/>\nSuccessful applicant must be ready to work on all working days and during Weekends and Public Holidays.
