HESLB guidelines and criteria for issuance of students’ loans and grants for the 2018/2019 academic year

The Loan Application Cycle for 2018/2019 academic year will be open from 05^th May, 2018 through 30^th June, 2018.

All applicants are advised to read carefully guidelines and criteria for issuance of students’ loans and grants for the 2018/2019 academic year.



In order to use the system easily; it is recommended that applicants should read all the instructions placed under Instructions link.

In case of any difficulties when using the system; applicants can always refer back to instructions or call HESLB Helpdesk through
number +255 22 550 7910 between 8.00am to 8.00pm from Monday to Friday and on Saturdays from 8.00am to 4.00pm.
